What we do

ti&m stands for technology, innovation & management. We are leaders in digitalisation, security and innovation projects and products in Switzerland and are striving to achieve this status in financial and technological centres too. We vertically integrate the entire IT value-added chain for our discerning customers. We currently employ more than 380 excellent engineers, designers and consultants in our subsidiaries in Zurich, Berne, Frankfurt am Main and Singapore. We are hoping to add more locations soon. Our growth is based on our strengths and our values: courage, a wealth of ideas, agility and entrepreneurial flair paired with sustainability and Swissness. We have clients in a whole range of different industries – from banking & finance, through public & transportation to retail.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for ETH students and alumni of Computer Science and Information Management who are driven to produce innovations.

You should be able to demonstrate:

• a genuine interest in the latest technologies (WebAssembly, React, Angular, Flutter, Redux, TypeScript, Electron, Jest, Enzyme, Java, Kotlin, .Net, Microservice architectures, integration and enterprise architectures, Cloud, DevOps)
• good communication skills
• a willingness to travel in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
