As an ETH Alumni Association member, you can continue to benefit from the wide range of sports activities and expert knowledge available at external pageASVZ. There are over 120 different sports disciplines to choose from, as well as golfing, sailing, conditioning and even new fitness and sports trends such as CrossFit and functional outdoor trainings. To be external pageeligible for ASVZ participation as an ETH alumna/alumnus, a degree certificate is required. The ASVZ card can be purchased at a special rate in the first six months after graduation (date on degree certificate).

ASVZ@home
On 1.1.2023, the ASVZ (Zurich’s Academic Sports Association) launched a new membership, the ASVZ@home membership. For CHF 60 a year, university staff (alumni CHF 100) have access to all ASVZ livestreaming services and can attend up to 30 body and mind and group fitness sessions a week. And you can do all this with ease from anywhere you want. So the ASVZ will keep these members – and they will keep the ASVZ. Unlike the regular membership package, subscribers to ASVZ@home cannot train on site.
The ASVZ@home membership deal is available to staff and alumni of Zurich universities as well as their spouses or partners. All livestreaming services are included in the regular ASVZ membership package; an ASVZ@home membership does not have to be initiated as well. The ASVZ@home membership can be obtained from the ASVZ info desk in the Polyterrasse and in Winterthur as well as online by going to external pageasvz.ch/teilnahmeberechtigung.
