Unlike usual, this year's general assembly of Chapter Basel took place only on October 26. This was due to the Corona restrictions during last spring.

Almost 30 HST alumnae and alumni gained exclusive insights into the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo from the perspective of coaches, officials and athletes: Louis Heyer, Tamara Mathis and Marcel Hug gave gripping presentations about preparations, pre-camps, the Olympic Village and competitions. What remains are exciting stories, funny anecdotes and the fascination for the major events of the Olympics and Paralympics.

ETH alumna Anja Ulrich is one of the first cohort on the Master's in Quantum Engineering course. She is the president of the recently founded Quantum Engineering Alumni affiliate organisation. She talks to us today about the aims of the QEC and what she plans to do after graduating from the master’s course.

For the second time, members of Chapter Basel Alumni met for their summer regulars’ table in Brüglingen on 24 September 2021.

The first "HST meets Industry" event took place on 29 September. At the premiere of this platform, around 25 HST alumnae and alumni took the opportunity to get acquainted with Boston Scientific as a potential employer and to talk to various company representatives.

Thirteen alumni attended the invitation of Chapter Luxembourg to the regular haunt "Brasserie du Kirchberg» on 4 November 2021.
