Kinesiology and Sport (BWS)

As the name suggests, the Kinesiology and Sport (BWS) course involves the study of human movement as an interdisciplinary specialism. The course was integrated into the Health Sciences and Technology (HST) course in 2011.

Health Sciences and Technology (HST)

Health sciences is an area of research of growing importance given today’s society where a healthy lifestyle can no longer be taken for granted. What's more, as life expectancy continues to grow, our health systems are facing new challenges.
The “Health Sciences and Technology” course combines the subject areas of natural and engineering sciences. Issues are examined at cellular and molecular level and the focus is always on the human organism as a whole.
